HOMES & ROOMS
Formulate 'homes' for your groups, within which you can set up 'rooms' dedicated to various topics or sub-groups. These rooms can be either open or private, allowing individuals to customize their notification preferences for each room, ensuring they engage only in the discussions that matter to them. There are five types of rooms available:

CHAT ROOMS
These are fully-equipped chat spaces complete with @ mentions, threaded replies, emoji responses, GIFs, attachments, polls, events, pins, typing indicators, and more.

POST ROOMS
Organized in a forum style, these rooms are suited for announcements and extended discussions. Members can upvote and comment, and everyone can filter posts by most recent, most upvoted, or most commented on.

AUDIO ROOMS
For those preferring conversation over reading, audio rooms allow you to engage with a single tap whenever you feel like it. It’s akin to a large group phone call, made significantly easier.

VIDEO ROOMS
Join a video room and interact with up to 16 individuals simultaneously. These are ideal for small gatherings and informal events.

BROADCAST ROOMS
Go live on video featuring up to 9 participants on stage with thousands of viewers who can join in. These rooms are perfect for casual discussions, DIY tutorials, live reactions, and more.

DMs
Because sometimes you simply wish to have a private conversation.

NO ADS & NO SELLING YOUR DATA
We commit to never engaging in advertising or data selling. Instead, we are developing various exciting features to facilitate transactions amongst Geneva users, and will keep 5% whenever such transactions occur (stay tuned for more details).

ACTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Each user registers with a phone number, making it simpler to implement blocks and bans, thus decreasing the chances of trolling and harassment. Rest assured, your phone number will never be displayed or shared. You also have the power to define the rules of your home and the tools to enforce them.
